fun and unique items for wee little ones.
Here's the story behind Abe Jones: Janel Jones and Amy Abrahamson-Perl, owners and designers of Abe Jones Designs, met when Janel moved to the Bay Area to finish college, and was hired as Amy's nanny. The two began their creative collaboration by sewing a few fabric patches onto onesies and t-shirts that belonged to Amy's children. After many late nights honing their technique, they had their first trunk show in March of 2005. The response to their products was overwhelming which made them appreciate the size of the market for uniquely styled clothes for children.
Realizing that their generation are the ones that are now becoming parents, they wanted to create clothing that these hip new moms and dads would be drawn to. They asked themselves, how will our product stand out among the rest? It was then that they decided to incorporate as much of their own original artwork as they could. Enter Abe Jones
You'll adore Sakura Keyhole Dress which is influenced by Japanese florals, their trendy Grace Blazers reminiscent of the deco days, their Chickadee Tree Tee shown at the top and my favorite their Cowboy shirts! As you can see there is a style for each individual taste.
The clothing are made of high-quality materials that feel great next to the skin. Simple cottons are gentle, warm and durable through the wash. Cowboy shirts are crisp and need little ironing.
I love to dress my son is unique clothing so he won't have the cookie-cutter look from Children's Place or GAP Kids and Abe Jones is the way to go. My son's personality in unique so why not encourage more of his personality through his style?
