Ways to Sneak In Dairy!
Does your child get enough dairy in her diet? Here are simple yet yummy ways to sneak it into her food without her knowing!
- Make smoothies in the morning as a part of breakfast and make it for an afternoon snack as well. Here's how I do it: Put into the blender 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 cup of your fruit of choice, a splash of orange juice and whip away.
- Make oatmeal with milk instead of water
- Make hot chocolate with milk
- Instant macaroni and cheese calls for milk
- Make creamy of broccoli soup (as well as other varieties)
- Cut fun cheese shapes with small cookie cutters
- Mix up a cup of Quik
- Make an Italian soda with a splash of milk
