Ground Beef, Chicken or Turkey
1. Burgers - Grind 2 pound of your meat of choice in a food processor. Place meat in a mixing bowl and add 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup Italian bread crumbs, 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion. Mix and form patties. Lightly oil griddle or pan. Over medium heat sear patties 4-6 minutes per side until done. Form burgers using ciabatta bread, rolls or buns and top with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo and whatever else your family likes.

Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce – Grind 1 pound of your meat of
choice in a food processor. Brown the meat with 1 tablespoon olive
oil. Add ˝ cup chopped onion and sauté for a few minutes. Add about
1 cup of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon black
pepper, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, and a pinch of cayenne
pepper. Let simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
