Morning Sickness Causes and Remedies
So you're pregnant. Congrats! Hundreds of women out there are wondering what you're wondering, how to get morning sickness relief! For most women morning sickness will start anywhere during their first tri-mester. Morning sickness can be a simple feeling of slight dizziness when getting up in the morning or the feeling of nausea and vomitting throughout the entire day. There aren't really true causes of morning sickness except for being pregnant so you can't prevent it. Morning sickness comes and goes as your body is adjusting to the new task it has for the next 9 months.

If you're looking for morning sickness remedies, here's what we suggest (below):

  • Peppermint Tea - this age old trick will reduce your morning sickness anytime of the day. Make sure it's caffeine-free and you can sweeten up with some sugar. Make a batch in the morning and keep it in a thermos to take to work to sip on when needed
  • Club Soda - Club soda has also been known to reduce morning sickness. Make a nice little Italien soda and you're set (1 tablespoon of flavored syrup, 1/2 cup of club soda and a splash of creme or whole milk)
  • Warm Baths - If you're having a real bad day because of morning sickness, take a long warm bath.
  • Lemon Drop Candies - Heard of Preggie Pops? Well a cheaper relief are simple sweet and sour lemon drops candies
