Washington Salad Extraordinaire

2 whole Washington fryer breasts, cooked, cooled, skinned and boned
1 cup chopped celery
½ cup prepared French dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped red onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Lettuce leaves

Dice chicken. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Chill 2 hours or over night to blend flavors. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
